In the settlement of the fourteenth century in Sale Marasino's site called Conche, stands an ancient wine press that initially squeezed olives to extract their precious oil. Then in 1865 he adapted for pressing grapes to produce wine as well . Wine that was stored for fermentation in the adjacent cellars in 1600. Today those same cellars are home to a lovely restaurant that prepare the most delicious dishes of typical local and national cuisine .

We are open only on weekends for lunch and dinner . Reservation recommended.
